Creative Art Counselling for Individuals
I specialise in working therapeutically with adults, helping clients address a broad range of issues, from grief and low self-worth to significant life transitions. By utilising creative art techniques, I facilitate the exploration of hidden wounds and complex emotions, offering a safe space for expression and healing. My goal is to guide you on a transformative journey toward self-acceptance and growth. Don't hesitate to reach out for support during this important time in your life.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy rooted in creative art counselling offers a powerful and transformative pathway to healing and self-discovery. Unlike traditional talk therapy, this approach invites individuals to express their inner world through creative play and exploration, often bypassing the limitations of language. Engaging with various artistic mediums—such as paint, collage, clay, or mixed media—can help unlock unconscious emotions, memories, and traumas that may be difficult to access through words alone. Through the act of creation, clients begin to process and make meaning of their internal experiences in a way that feels safe, non-judgmental, and deeply personal.
The use of different art forms allows therapy to become a tactile and sensory experience, encouraging clients to slow down, tune into their body, and connect with their emotions on a deeper level. Whether it’s the fluid motion of brushstrokes, the textured layering of collage, or the grounding feel of clay between your fingers, these mediums can help reveal inner patterns, foster emotional release, and promote a sense of empowerment. Creative expression not only helps illuminate buried wounds but also nurtures resilience, self-compassion, and new perspectives. Over time, this process can open the door to profound personal growth, emotional clarity, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
