With over three decades of experience in counselling, my main focus is to establish a trusting space where you feel safe to share your concerns at a pace you feel comfortable with. Style of Therapy
My therapy approach offers a compassionate, safe, and collaborative space where you feel heard and supported. I work in a Pluralistic Person-Centred way, tailoring sessions to your unique needs and pace. Alongside talking therapy, I offer creative arts counselling using imagery, movement, or metaphor to explore thoughts, emotions and trauma. No artistic skill is needed—creative work can gently unlock insights and expression when words fall short, offering a powerful path to healing. Working creatively provides a safe and supportive space to explore your inner world, reduce stress, and gain deeper self-awareness.
